The painting of three standing yoga poses and the observing pregnant woman on the right symbolizes the contrast between the inside and the outside activity. As the three strong standing poses obviously show outside activity, the pregnant woman although appearing still is active in growing her fetus.

This painting is painted directly on canvas with acrylic paint and ink, coated with protective coat and the beeswax. It expresses the meditation feeling of the levitation in the unknown space while still being focused in each fiber of the body. The red color symbolizes passion for life and the yellow symbolizes dynamics of life. The person is non-defined in his age, race, nationality… and his name could also be Jason. It does not make any difference about who he is. It is about red and yellow.

This is another abstract variation of “Warrior Poses”. Combination of lighter and darker tones brings in the depth and strong vertical sense of the warrior pose. There is hidden horizontal line of the pose embedded in the landscapes visible when the painting is flipped for 90 degrees.

This painting started as a sketch of a person in yoga ''child pose''. Manca finds her internal peace and focus in this pose, similar as when she watches the sunset or dives. To symbolize her feelings while in yoga pose, she used manipulation of light and water wave for the texture. The final image was printed on canvas, painted with thin layer of acrylic paint, sprayed with protective coat and finished with the layer of beeswax.

Painting is finalized in acrylic technique on canvas. The emphasis is given to the initial sketch that itself is a fusion of several techniques. Manca named this contemporary blend of techniques SWIFT. At some point the paint is thinned to watercolor consistency and is layered several times. The canvas was initially painted with white gesso and it remained unstretched on support. The painting is finished with protective coat and beeswax.
